The small town of Seeboden is right at one end of the beautiful and warm Millstättersee. There are several parks, bathing beaches, a large fairground with a giant trampoline and very good ice cream. A few shops and supermarkets can also be reached in a few minutes on foot.
The hostel "Friedheim" is situated in a 50 m distance to the lake. For this 2 weeks in July the whole house is at our disposal, equipped with cosy wooden furnished 3-and 4-bedrooms. The premises is featuring a spacious garden, terrace and a BBQ area. The closest beach is 200m away and accessable for our students for free. The small village of Seeboden provides all necessary shops, and the village of Spittal/Drau with its very pretty old town and nice cafes is located in a 5 km distance, easily reachable by bus or bicycle. In closest surrounding to our house kids are offered mini-golf, a giant trampoline and an Italian Ice cream shop.

Climbing park and flying fox
This popular attraction is situated about 30 mins ride from Seeboden at another small lake. After an ecxiting climbing tour on 3 parcours you are flying across the whole lake. Bathing and ice cream afterwards.
this is an impressive architectural masterpiece, a tower 100m high constructed comopletely from wood. From the panirama platforms you have an amazing view and the slide inside from the top is great fun. (2 rides included)
On our second day we usually plan a nice boat trip to a nearby village Millstatt. There we offer bathing in the beach including various slides and a jumping tower (10m!) for the brave.
Back by boat again.
A hike from our house to this medieval castle is compulsary for the course population. It´s a very picturesce hike of only 50 minutes.

Hike on Goldeck-mountain
This hike is for the sportive community. We go up half way with cable car, walk down to the fun-attraction Summer-tubin, down by foot. (around 3 hrs walk)
This would be a progran for rainy days. The indoor-fun park is situated in the near by city of Spittal and has free access for our students.
Day-trip to the capital of this area. We gon by train, take a guided walk through the old town with some sights, have lunch at McDonalds, some free shopping time and then head to the miniature park "Minimundus" where all impressive sight of this world can be seen in a scale of 1:25
3-hours-tour with E-bike around the lake including a bathing brake of 30 mins.
After a 30 Minutes ride we reach the amazing Ragga-canyon. The hike up to the top takes about 1h with fantastic views and waterfalls.
Around the medieval castle of Landskron there is a wide park situation wild living monkeys. The visit is only provided as guided tour and always quite fun for our students.
Day trip to the cultural capital Salzburg
Going there by train, walking and sight seeing by foot (including entrance to the fortress), lunch. shopping time, bus ride to Mirabell castle with it´s amazing trick fountain show, back by train.
